Global Expansion

Alcor Consulting has established a sales team in Africa to promote VOIP products throughout the continent. We are deploying hosted services in a data center within Africa to provide the best service possible for customers in that region. We will be offering the same VoipCor product line that we sell in the United States, with the same attention to customer service. We have customers in the Philippines utilizing our VOIP services and VoipCor contact center platform. In addition, we are having discussions with potential clients in Colombia South America and Peru. Alcor Consulting, Inc. is reaching out to the world to not only introduce great products and services, but to advance a philosophy of honest service and true partnership.


Carbonite Partnership

Alcor Consulting, Inc. has signed a reseller partnership agreement with Carbonite to promote and sell "Backup & Recovery" and "Availability & Migration" services.


Alcor Awarded E911 Contract

The State of Idado's Department of Labor has awarded Alcor Consulting an E911 services contract. We partner with RedSky Technologies to provide their leading edge enhanced 911 solutions to business and government clients. RedSKy is also the service provider for our very own VoipCor business PBX. Subscribers get access to an E911 system that can pinpoint caller location within a building/office/cubicle and also provide administrative notifications when 911 calls are placed. RedSky is ahead of the competition with more advanced features and certified by Microsoft for compatibility with Skype for Business.

Cloud Contact Center

New Partnership

Alcor Consulting, Inc. is now an Adtran Advantage partner. This partnership will give us access to first-class networking equipment, support, and potential sales growth through joint marketing. Our focus initially is on the Adtran line of VOIP gateway appliances which can be used in our PBX deployments. The gateways allow us to connect our PBX to SIP, PRI or analog (POTS) phone lines.
